You may purchase the Rosacea Diet © as an electronic book or pdf for $10 which you download to print from your computer - You will need lots of paper and a printer (like over 200 pages depending on your printer setup). or you can just read it on your monitor? Get real, you have to print this. This is a serious pdf not for the computer illiterit. So if you have to ask what a pdf is after clicking on the top right box ['Get Adobe Acrobat'] or if you are uncomfortable with this, why not consider the paperback? Most computer manufacturers include Adobe Acrobat when you purchase your computer. However, if you really don't understand I can walk you through it step by step through email and I have plan B which I don't advertise for those of you who have issues with pdfs, downloads, or want to save a buck or two.
